The Baby Einstein™ DVD Guarantee
Participation Guidelines
To participate, you must have purchased a Baby Einstein DVD. If you are not satisfied with the DVD, you may return it within 60 days of its purchase, and we will refund the purchase price, up to $24.99. To get your refund:
- Package the DVD, in its original condition, including the original packaging, into a suitable mailing envelope or carton.
- Include the completed (hand-printed) refund request form or a 3x5 card with your name, address and telephone number, along with the original dated cash register receipt with the purchase price and dates circled. Request must be postmarked within 60 days of the cash register receipt date.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your refund check. The amount of the refund will be for the purchase price of the DVD, up to $24.99. Return shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the consumer. Limit one (1) refund per household or address per calendar year.
Store cash register receipts must emanate from the same state as the consumer address. Group submissions are void. Refunds will not be mailed to P.O. Boxes. Check with your local post office for a street address. Refund rights may not be assigned or transferred. Requests not in compliance with all the terms of this offer will not be acknowledged or returned. All submissions are subject to verification. Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment reserves the right to review questionable submissions. Any requests sent to the above P.O. Box for anything other than a legitimate product refund will not be acknowledged. Offer good in Canada only. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law. Inquiries to this offer received later than 2 months after the expiration date will not be acknowledged.
